A bright, grassy first-flush sencha from a family farm in Shizuoka. Steamed for about 40 seconds, it brews a clear green cup with a gentle sweetness and very little bitterness. Brew 3 g in 70 °C water for 60 seconds; the leaves give three good infusions.
